MONTREAL, May 13, 2021 – Kore Outdoor Inc. announces the sale of our Mission Less Lethal™ brand to Byrna Technologies Inc., a leader in non-lethal self-defense, as well as the exclusive licensing of certain intellectual property for the non-lethal self-defense space.
The sale will include all the Personal and Home Protection and Institutional Defense lines of Mission products. Kore will be supporting Byrna in the manufacture of the current Mission range of launchers during the transition period.
