Help Create the World’s Best Paintballs!

At Kore Outdoor, we’re passionate about producing high-performance paintballs used by players around the globe. As a Paintball Encapsulation Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of the manufacturing process, operating sophisticated equipment that transforms raw materials into the finished products that fuel exciting games, tournaments, and adventures.

If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, staying active throughout your shift, and taking pride in producing a quality product, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As an Encapsulation Machine Operator, you’ll operate and oversee two encapsulation machines (and occasionally a third machine during peak production periods), ensuring our paintballs meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate one or more paintball encapsulation machines in accordance with production requirements, quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor machine performance and product characteristics, including size, shape, fill consistency, seam quality, temperature, humidity, and production rates.
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality, maximize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct quality inspections and accurately document production parameters, inspection results, downtime events, and corrective actions.
  • Transfer products between tumblers, dryers, trays, racks, carts, and drying tunnels throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and prepare equipment for production start-ups and product changeovers.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and work with maintenance personnel when additional support is required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate production status, quality concerns, and equipment issues with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production duties as needed.
